The Iron Lancers are a bunch of badasses. I am making this blog post to describe the faction, as well as their rules, regulations, ranks, and different votes that they do. Why am I making this? I don't want "The Stage" to confuse anybody.
The Iron Reapers are another branch of the Lancers that have a different agenda. There will be a separate post about them.
Nameless Lancer: The Nameless Lancer is the boss. Their word is law. They make all of the decisions, and aren't to be disobeyed. The current Nameless Lancer is Pale. Prior to being excommunicated, Harold Jenkins was the Nameless Lancer.
Iron Lancer: The Iron Lancer is the second in command. They are in charge when the Nameless Lancer isn't present. They should also never be disobeyed. The current Iron Lancer is Henriett Jenkins.
Master Chief: The Master Chief is the third in command. They are responisble for handling anything that the Nameless and Iron Lancers deem a non-priority. The current Master Chief is Hajvarr Iron-Hand.
Sergeant-at-Arms: The Sergeant-at-Arms is in charge of training new recruits. This position is currently vacant. The most recent Sergeant-at-Arms was Hajvarr Iron Hand. Originally, Ptolemy was the Sergeant, prior to departing in order to form the Iron Reapers.
Command Corporal: The Command Corporal is responsible for handling any non-military affairs. The current Command Corporal is Arminius.
Lancer: Lancers are soldiers.
Reapers: Reapers are assassins.
1. Obey your orders.
2. Never make a deal that could cause problems for the group.
3. The blood of a comrade should never be spilled.
Meet the Reaper: If any member kills another member, this vote will take place. The vote has to be unanimous. If the vote passes, the Lancer or Reaper in question will "Meet the Reaper".
Demotion: If an officer is accused of committing an offense against the Nameless Lancer, there will be a vote to strip them of their rank. The vote needs to be unanimous. This vote took place when Pale broke her promise to Harold, and he tried to have her stripped of her rank, but due to one vote in opposition, Pale kept her rank.
Excommunication: A Lancer can be excommunicated from the group for a major atrocity. The vote doesn’t have to be unanimous. If the number of votes in favor or opposition are the same, the vote fails.
