Bloodborne Wiki

Now that I'm done with my third semester of college, I'll be able to start writing more chapters. This one is called "The Fugitive". I hope you like it.

The Fugitive[]

After speaking with Jason, I exited the tavern. I took out my pocket watch, and saw that I had spoken with Jason for around an hour. I put my hood back on, and went for a walk through town. The first place that I decided to go to was the infamous Tomb of Oedon, where Mark and Djura were buried. I decided that now was a good time to pay my respects. I had regrets about what I had done, but I knew that it was in the past, and that there was nothing that I could do about it now.

I made it to the tomb after a 30 minute walk, and saw that no one was there except me. This is perfect, I thought to myself. I found the 2 graves that I was looking for, which were marked Djura Michaelson and Marcus Djurason, which suggested that they weren’t from Yharnam, since that wasn’t how people got their last names in Yharnam. If it was, my name would be “Nathan Christianson”.

I kneeled down next to Mark and Djura’s graves, took my hood off, closed my eyes, and decided to pay my respects. “I’m sorry about what I did to you. I never wanted this to happen. I never should have weaved myself into your lives. If it wasn’t for my bad life choices, I would never have had to. But I now have to add this to another in a long list of mistakes that I made. My life is a fucked up tale. I’m probably not going to live much longer. I’d be surprised if I made it past thirty. I’d be even more surprised if I went to heaven after all of this. I’m probably going to hell.” I took a deep breath, and opened my eyes. “Well, I’ll take my leave now.” I stood up, and was relieved to notice that there was still no one here. I left, and went to Old Yharnam, to see if anything had changed around there, since that was where Djura lived.

As I got to the gate to Old Yharnam, I saw that there were five armed city guards blocking the entrance. One of them approached me. “Sorry, sir, but no one is allowed to enter here”, he said.

“Why?” I asked. “Did something happen?” I tried not to sound suspicious.

“A little over a week ago, someone was killed”, the guard said. “We’re trying to determine if it was a murder or a suicide. The guy’s son was found murdered not long after he was found, so we believe that it was a suicide.”

“That’s horrible”, I responded.

“This whole district has been evacuated. No one is allowed in or out”, he said. “I’m sorry, sir, but it’s time for you to leave.”

“And so it is”, I said in return. “Have a good day.” I turned to walk away, but the guard stopped me.

“I don’t mean to pry, but would you mind explaining that nasty burn you have there?” he asked. I felt my burn, and only then did I realize that I wasn’t wearing my hood.

“I was burned when trying to kill the monster that killed my family”, I answered.

“Interesting”, he said.

“I’ll be off now”, I said before turning around, putting my hood on, and walking away. I then went to Central Yharnam, and sat down on a bench to collect my thoughts. I leaned back on the bench, and, just like what happened earlier at the tavern, I fell asleep.

I was woken up by a woman kicking me in the leg. I woke up, and my vision was extremely blurry. She spoke to me.

“Excuse me, sir”, she said.

“Yes?” I asked, while still waiting for my sight to adjust.

“I’m very sorry to wake you, but I need help”, she said. “I’ve been asking everyone for help, but they’ve all been ignoring me. Would you mind being of service? I’ll make it worth your time. I’ve got something interesting in mind for your reward.”

“What time is it?” I asked.

“4:30 P.M.” she answered.

“Holy shit”, I said. “What’s your name?”

“Iosefka”, she answered.

“Interesting name”, I stated. “What did you need my help with, again?” My sight had finally returned, and I noticed that Iosefka was not that bad looking.

“Please”, she said. “Come with me.”

I followed Iosefka to a clinic, where I assumed she just worked. However, the part of the building she led me to suggested that she’d been living there for a while. The room she took me to had black walls, a big shelf that took up an entire wall, an odd table that appeared to be used for operating on patients, and, in the corner, were a few blankets laid out on the floor, and two pillows leaned against the wall by them.

“I don’t mean to pry”, I said. “But do you live in this room?”

“I do”, Iosefka said. “I was evicted from my old home for… reasons I don’t really want to elaborate on.”

“I see”, I responded. “What did you want me to help you with?”

She pointed to one of the corners of the room. “See that chest over there?” I looked where she was pointing. “I need someone to help me get rid of it."

“Why?” I asked. “What’s in it?”

“Why don’t you go take a look?” she suggested. I walked over to it, opened it, and saw that there was a dead man’s body inside of it. I jumped back in surprise.

“Good lord!” I exclaimed. “Who is that?”

“My landlord”, she said. “Let me just say, he won’t be evicting anybody else from their homes anytime soon.”

“You killed him?” I asked.

“Yes”, she responded. “Will you help me get rid of the body?”

“Only if you tell me why you killed him”, I said.

“Because he evicted me for practicing some Satanic ritual that turned out to be bogus”, he answered.

“Alright”, I said. “I’ll help you.”

We each picked up one of the handles on the sides of the chest, and carried it to the nearby forest outside of Yharnam. We made it to the river, and threw the chest into it.

After discarding the body, Iosefka brought me back to the clinic. “So”, she said. “I suppose you want your reward.”

“You’re correct”, I replied. “What is my reward?”

“Before I give you your reward, I have a question for you”, she said.

“What is it?” I asked. She smiled.

"What's your name?" she asked.

"Nathan", I responded.

"What's your last name?" she asked.

"I can't tell you that", I said.

"Why not?"

I sighed. "I don't know if I can trust you."

"I won't tell anyone", she said.

"Sakharine", I said.

"You're the man who's wanted for murder?" she asked. "I see."

"Yeah", I said.

"I have a few more questions for you before you get your reward", she said.

"Yes?" I asked.

“Do you like what you see?” she asked. I was beginning to understand what my reward was going to be.

“I love what I see”, I replied. Her smile grew bigger.

“Would you like to touch what you see?” she asked.

“Yes”, I said. “Yes I would.”

“Would you like to go out with me?” she asked.

“Uh…” I thought for a second. “Yes I would.”

She took a few steps closer to me. “Would you like to fuck me?” she whispered.

“Absolutely”, I said. She grabbed my hand.

“Then I have just the treat for you.”

End[]

Thank you for reading this chapter. Sorry if the ending was a little awkward, but I wanted to have a funny moment in this story because, trust me, the second half of this story is not going to be fun. Tell me what you think in the comments. Have a good day.
