Bloodborne Wiki

I decided to have another go at bloodborne (what's this, number 200,000?). I decided to go for a bloodtinge build, since I rarely go for those. I couldn't really decide on a weapon. there are so many choices. You have the Bloodletter and the Chikage. I guess you could consider the reiterpallasch, bowblade and rifle spear, but that's only for the projectiles, which isn't really that reliable with only 20 bullets before you need to resort to self harm for reloads. I eventually decided on the bloodletter, but we need more bloodtinge weapons. We're spoiled for choice in terms of strength or dexterity weapons, but arcane and bloodtinge are lacking.

Anyway, onto the actual title of the post, I decided to come back and design a new bloodtinge weapon. Since the bloodletter is str/bld and the chikage is dex/bld, this would be a quality bloodtinge weapon, with the untransformed version being a quality weapon (strength and dexterity), while the transformed version is pure bloodtinge. I present to you... The punisher's gauntlet!

So the untransformed version is a stone gauntlet in your right hand. it would look similar to hellboy's stone fist, but with a colour closer to the kirkhammer and probably a chain wrapped around it or something (this is still bloodborne, everything has to be moody and edgy). The attacks are all punches and slams, that are medium to slow in speed.

When the weapon transforms, the hunter puts away their sidearm the gauntlet begins to crack, and blood starts dripping from both hands and the gauntlet gets covered in blood spikes (way smaller than the bloodletter's, though). The other two bloodtinge weapons have side effects on your health, either having a slow constant drain or needing to take damage to transform it. This weapon has decent damage, but deals more damage with visceral attacks, and gets more health back from them. "but you put away your gun, how would you do viscerals?". When you press L2, he hunter throws a small amount of blood from their empty hand. This attack costs a very small amount of health and has pretty poor range, but the weapon has a lethal visceral, leading to more risk and reward.

Sorry if this weapon seems kind of edgy, but you impale yourself with the bloodletter and the chikage is a katana in gothic europe, so it fits in. I'm also planning on making an arcane weapon as well, so hopefully you will want to see that
