- A blood gem that fortifies weapons and adds various properties.
- Droplet blood gems are special gems that adapt to various weapons and shapes.
- Created from a shining silver doll tear, this blood gem is a quiet but unfaltering friend that continually restores HP, the life essence of a hunter. Perhaps the doll's creator had wished for just such a friend, albeit in vain.

- Obtained by using the Tear Stone:
- The stone is acquired by giving the Small Hair Ornament to The Doll.

- The Tear Blood Gem is essentially a unique Pulsing Blood Gem.
Trivia[]
- The image used for the Tear Blood Gem is the same for the Tear Stone, the only difference is that the latter had its borders cut to resemble an actual stone.
- This Blood Gem, along with the other unique Blood Gems (before the DLC), seemingly match the cycles of the moon. This one being 'nightfall', the Gold Blood Gem being 'sunset' and the Red Blood Gem being 'blood moon'.
