In-Game Description
- Special material used in a Holy Chalice ritual.
- A body part of a saint, sacrificed by the Healing Church in their search for Truth.
- The additional rite Fetid Offering invigorates the Watchers, making them more treacherous than normal, but also making them worthy prey for a special hunt.

- Found in Chalice Dungeons.
- Can be drop by all variants of Labyrinth Madman.
- In NG+, can be bought from the Insight Bath Messengers with 2 Insight.
Usage[]
- Used to create Fetid Offerings for depth 4/5 Root Chalices.

Trivia[]
- This item is rather mysterious, as though it is meant to be only hair, it also depicts the saint's skull attached, and not only that, it very well resembles the head of Martyr Logarius, depicted with a similar crown that he wears upon his head (the crown belonging to Cainhurst).
- The Japanese name for this item is '聖者の頭蓋', meaning 'Sage's Skull'.
