Pulsing Blood Gems are a type of Blood Gem in Bloodborne.

In-Game Description

A blood gem that fortifies weapons and adds various properties. Blood gems are especially rare blood stones that grow on coldblood.

Blood gems are kneaded into weapons using workshop tools, but only when of matching shape.

Circular blood gems are normally used to fortify firearms.

Research Hall:
- Through the broken window of the Balcony, inside a chest on the right side. Must jump through a hole to reach it.
  - Triangle/Rating 15 - HP continues to recover+4.

Silverbeast:
- Nightmare Frontier:
  - Waning/Rating 6 - HP continues to recover+1.

Circular Gems can be attached to guns. They mainly heal, but they can have WPN durability down effects. They can also be attached to Lost Chikage and Lost Bowblade, along with other Radial / Waning / Triangle Gems which provide Health Regeneration combined with the one attached on your guns. In short, you will be healing a lot, maybe enough to use the Chikage’s blood form without costing health.
