- Of the all the strange lifeforms that reside in the nooks and crannies of the old labyrinth, the slugs are clear signs of the left-behind Great Ones.

- Can be purchased from the Insight Bath Messengers for 3 Insight, after obtaining Great Isz Chalice.

- Used to create all Isz Chalices:
- Three (3) are always required.
Trivia[]
- The Pearl Slug appears to resemble a younger variant of the Augur of Ebrietas.
- The "pearl" seems to refer the appearance of the pearl-like eggs that are depicted in the icon of this item.
