Oil Pitcher is an environmental element in Bloodborne.

Description

Oil Pitchers or Oil Urns are containers of oil, used by inhabitants of Yharnam for various purposes. They explode violently when shot, damaging anyone unlucky enough to be caught in the blast.

Note

• The explosion damage is high and can one-shot low-level hunters.
• Djura's Gatling gun can ignite these oil containers.
• Players can make use of these oil containers to clear out enemies.

Trivia

• They are typically used during the nights of the hunt to fuel the huntsmen torches and pyres.
• The inhabitants of Hemwick Charnel Lane use the oil to cremate corpses to extract Bone Marrow Ash.
• There are lots of them in Old Yharnam, indicating the excessive usage of fire and brimstone of the Powder Kegs.
• The oil in the Fishing Hamlet is extracted from the Phantasms, cultivated by the hamlet inhabitants.
