Father Norbert was an unused NPC in Bloodborne. He is mentioned in unused dialogue of Micolash and an unused Yharnamite that sounds a lot like the Narrow-Minded Man.
Through the dialogue, it seems that he may have been the identity of the Cleric Beast. Also, the character's outfit resembles one of the paintings found in Cainhurst.
