Baneful Chanters are characters in Bloodborne.

Location[]

Lore[]

Baneful Chanters are the women in the Fishing Hamlet who chant about Kos and her stolen Child. One of them is also the one heard during the first The Old Hunters cutscene, outside of Oedon Chapel. They are resentful towards the defilement of Kos and the Hamlet and Hunters as a faction.

Not much is known about them other than they possess high knowledge, they are greatly informed of Kos and the sea and how it is connected to some form of ascension.
