So it's been pretty slow here lately so I guess I'll start a discussion.
Maybe many of you, like me, feel an urge to play Bloodborne again after a long break. Now, I've explored all the areas and I've fought all the bosses so it isn't the excitement of a new experience that draws me back.
I'd like to see what you're guys push and pull factors are in a game that you've experienced 95% of. What is it that makes you want to pick the game up and sign a new contract?
For me
Pull factors are:
-New build/New weapons-I'm excited to play the game in a new way with weapons I've never used.
-Central Yharnam, Yarhar'gul, and Upper Cathedral Ward-I always look forward to fighting my way through these areas.
-Chikage-On multiple occasions, I've hopped back onto my original save file to destroy some ngs with this beautiful weapon.
Push Factors:
If anything is going to stop me from progressing, it's these:
-Forbidden Woods-I usually just sprint through this area, picking up the important items.
-Blood gems-I like Blood gems. It's just the prospect of having to dive into the deep chalices to deal damage in ng+ turns me away. (I'll usually end my save once I beat all bosses in ng).
Anyways, I'm glad I fell in love with a game that offers such great replay value! Later ✌
